SPOILER ALERT: This is a recap of the episode, so leave now if you don't want to be spoiled.
QUICKLOOK: The virus is spreading, Tyrese turns into the Hulk and Rick discovers who killed Karen and David.
More and more graves are being dug for people from cell block D. Everyone that resided in D is sick and it is spreading, including Sasha, Glen, and Lizzie. The council decides that the younger survivors as well as the elder go into quarantine. Rick sends Carl into quarantine and asks him to watch over everyone and only use his gun if he needs to. Herschel tells the council about a vet school 50 miles away that could still have antibiotics that would help the infected.
Tyrese shows Carol, Rick and Daryl where Karen and David lie burned. He wants Rick to find out who did it and bring them to him. Rick tells him he shouldn't be so stuck on vengeance, but should focus on helping the people that are still alive. Tyrese turns into the Hulk fighting Daryl and Rick until Rick beats the crap out of him, almost losing himself in the process. Rick later apologizes to Tyrese, who admits the fight was also his fault. Rick promises to find out who killed Rick and Karen.
Carl catches Herschel sneaking out of quarantine to collect elder berries to help the people in quarantine with their fevers. Carl goes with him. It's a nice day in the woods for a few minutes until Walkers come up on them. Carl reaches for his gun, but Herschel stops him and says he doesn't have to use it so he shouldn't. When they get back Maggie catches Herschel going into D block and tries to stop him, but he says he has to help. He says the only thing they have left to choose is what they risk their life for. She talks with Beth who tells her everyone has their job and they can't get upset.
Daryl, Michone and Bob are taking poor deceased Zack's car on the run. Bob feels a little guilty over it (considering he got him killed). They decide they need a fourth person, so Daryl reaches out to Tyrese. Tyrese doesn't want to leave his sister unguarded since someone is burning bodies, but after visiting Sasha he changes his mind. He asks Carol to watch out for her since she cares so much. While they are driving down the road Daryl tells Michone that if they had a lead on the Governor he would be out their with her hunting him down. He turns on the radio and asks for a CD, but before they put it in they hear a voice on the radio. It sounded like someone was saying "alive" and "sanctuary". They get distracted and run into a heard of 7,500 Walkers (seriously, director Greg Nicotero confirmed it last week on Talking Dead). They have to ditch the car and run. Tyrese hesitates and they have to leave him covered with Walkers. The rest of the group runs until they get away from the heard and surprisingly Tyrese catches up covered in guts.
Everything has taken a toll on Carol, who masks it by trying to keep going and making sure everything is taken care of. They are having problems with their well lines, which she wants to fix, but Rick says they should wait until tomorrow. He goes to the crime scene to look around and finds a bloody hand print on the door that had to have been left by the killer. He see's Carol outside the fence trying to fix the water line. She's distracted the Walkers at the fence, but doesn't see a few coming out of the woods behind her. Luckily Rick sees them and comes to her rescue. Later he confronts her and acknowledges all the things she does for the group, but wonders if there is anything she wouldn't do. He asks her if she was the one who killed Karen and David and she says yes and walks away.
End credits...
